Substitution Policy
Substitutions may be necessary to create your gift if certain flowers are unavailable or if a selected gift container is sold out. To maintain the appearance and spirit of the gift, we follow these substitution guidelines:
• Care is taken to match the style and color scheme of the arrangement and gift container.
• The colors of a mixed arrangement will be matched as closely as possible to the desired bouquet, using flowers of equal or greater value.
• If specific flowers are requested, flower type takes priority over color.
